Parlei Concierge.
The stage empties.
The conversation shouldn’t.
A partnership for conferences and their sponsors: fund a hand-built Parlei for each featured speaker — her own emissary, in her own voice, live before she takes the stage. She keeps it permanently. Your event is where it began.
The problem
The hallway empties fast.
A speaker finishes her talk and gives out a link — a homepage, a newsletter, a profile page. None of it can answer a single question.
The people who wanted to reach her most — the ones the talk was actually for — can’t get to her once the hallway empties.
The connection made in the room has a shelf life of about a week. After that it’s a bookmark.
What the speaker gets
Her own emissary, live before she takes the stage.
Every Concierge Parlei is built by hand in the weeks before the event: an intake interview with the speaker, sources assembled from her actual work, her voice tuned with her, and a review round before anything goes live. Not a template with her name on it — a living introduction, sourced to what she has actually said and made.
From the stage she hands out one link. The people who scan it parlei with her — about the talk, about her work, about what she’s looking for next — and she gets the record of every conversation: who came, what they wanted, which ones matter.
Want to feel what a conversation is like? Parlei is its own first customer — parlei with Olivia, Parlei’s own emissary. A speaker’s reads the same way, in her voice.
Ownership
Built for her. Owned by her.
This is the part that makes Parlei Concierge different, so we’ll say it plainly:
- The account is created in the speaker’s name. It is hers from the moment it exists.
- The sponsor funds a period of time. That is all it funds.
- The organizer and the sponsor never receive admin access, never see her conversations, and cannot switch her Parlei off.
- When the sponsored period ends, nothing is taken away. She keeps her Parlei, everything it knows, and the record of every conversation it has had — whether or not she chooses to continue.
Event apps get retired when the event ends. A Parlei is not event software. It is the speaker’s own emissary, and it walks out of the venue with her.
How a partnership works
Working backward from the event.
Ten weeks out
Scope the roster.
We agree on which speakers are included and confirm terms. This is the conversation the form below starts.
Six to two weeks out
Each Parlei is built personally.
An intake interview with each speaker, source assembly from her real work, voice tuning, and a review round with her before it goes live.
At the event
One link from the stage.
Each speaker has a link she can hand out — on her last slide, in the program, in the hallway. Everyone who wanted more of the talk gets a real conversation.
After
The speaker keeps it.
Her Parlei is hers, permanently. The sponsor gets the record of what happened: the conversations the event created.
What each side gets
Two sides, both real.
The sponsor or organizer
- A speaker benefit no other event offers
- A named activation — “Speaker Parleis, presented by …”
- The engagement record from the event: what the room wanted to talk about
- Programming a competing event can’t copy by buying software
The speaker
- An emissary in her own voice, sourced to her actual work
- Built with her — an interview and a review round, not a form
- The record of every conversation her talk started
- Hers permanently, wherever she speaks next
Capacity
12 speakers, not the whole program.
Each Parlei is built by hand — an intake interview, source assembly, voice tuning, and a review round with the speaker. That work doesn’t compress, so each partnership covers up to 12 speakers. It’s the reason the quality holds, and the reason the roster is a curation decision worth making together.
